Care Manager

"I chose Care Management because since I was a little girl, I was exposed to being around elders. My Grandfather worked was an Executive Chef at a skilled nursing facility and used to take my younger sister and me to visit the residents on a regular basis. I loved speaking with them and hearing their stories. The resident’s with Alzheimer’s Disease/dementia intrigued me the most. I’d always gravitate towards these residents, and knew from a young age that I wanted to make a difference in their lives and in the lives of their loved ones. It only made sense that when it came time to pick a career, I became a nurse and got into care management. Today, I’m just as passionate about eldercare as I was years ago, and still look forward to going to work every day.”
